Our vision on quality assurance
Terra wants to be characterized by a strong tradition of quality assurance. This assumes that all staff (teachers, administrative support, cleaning and DIY service, management) and all courses take ownership to guarantee the quality of education.
Quality assurance strengthens the foundations of education policy.
Our vision on quality culture
We see quality assurance rather as a quality culture: as a shared responsibility. Everyone in our school is encouraged to take responsibility for quality. The policy team is responsible for the educational quality of each direction, just as every educational team or core team supports quality assurance on the classroom floor.
The different teams reinforce each other with a view to permanently improving and guaranteeing the quality of the entire school according to the principles of the PDCA circle.
